We All End Up In The Sea Either Way
Will I be brave and fly or,
Consumed by the inferno right behind,
Endless tales be told,
About love story as old,
From myth to legend,
Our spectacular descend,
Take your hand and leap,
Willing to soon reap,
The fruit of my reckless,
Rather fly and shine,
Bright as the sun,
Rhyme last rhyme,
Than come slowly undone,
Closer to the serene stars,
Finally free of the caging bars,
Melting for you,
Beyond words the view,
Choirs’ songs echoing round and round,
Our souls bond knows no bounds,
Our tethered hands reaching for infinity,
Our love, real or beautiful revery?
Worth falling for and more,
Flames slithering from the core,
Feasting on weakening wings,
You tugging on my heartstrings,
As we crash into the ocean floor,
Our love sends waves to shore,
Tidal waves higher than the walls who hide,
The fear, the angst, the pain we used as guides,
Sailing like a kite into the sinking sun,
Plummeting down to the ocean spun,
Don’t want a new start, just you,
But being brave and reckless are so hard to tell apart.
